This weeks player in focus is Brandon Boardman
Brandon returned to play for us this year after 2-3 years out of the game and has had an immediate impact.
He has scored crucial goals for us and just last Sunday showed his versatility by playing one half in goal where he excelled, saving at least two very good goal attempts and then in the second half
playing right wing where he layed on a goal for Ben after taking the full back on, beating him for speed before crossing the ball for a simple tap in.
He has great speed and determination in the tackle and seems to be getting better with every game. Like the rest of his teammates he has tremendous enthusiasm, never misses training and gets on great with the rest of the boys.
He is another boy who will go from strength to strength as he gains experience, improves his close ball skills and gets physically stronger. Although he doesn't want to play in goals, he has the skills to do so and is a great back-up in the event of injury
to our first choice keeper.
Well done Brandon, keep it up.
